It is a challenge to establish coherent mentoring during the field experience which brings together the perspectives and institutional logics of the university as well as schools. In DiLe, we establish digital learning communities that offer the possibility for university lecturers, pre-service teachers and their mentors (i.e. experienced practitioners at schools) to share and co-construct professional knowledge.
